Anyone who produces kids like crazy but can't take care of them should be forcibly sterilized?

I'm sorry but I'm going on a rant today. People who make babies like rabbits but then don't take care of them financially make me sick.

Ex, polygamous men who in the name of their religion make 30 kids with 4 women and yet all his wives are on welfare. Single moms barely making it with 6 kids getting pregnant again while on welfare. Men who have 5 different baby mamas yet don't pay a dime or see their kids. Poor working couples who choose to have 8 kids while living in a 1bdrm apartment. People who choose to start a second family when they know they can't even afford to pay for their kids from the first marriage.

Everyone knows that sexual, emotional, and physical abuse is a evil crime but for some reason financial abuse is given a free slid. Not being able to provide for your kids with good dental, medical, healthy fresh groceries, heat, hydro, school items, clothes, personal items, shelter, furniture, toys, enough living space, health supplies etc is ABUSE.

Anyone who produces kids like crazy but can't take care of them should be forcibly sterilized?
It's a losing battle......too bad birth control is not mandatory.
Reply:yah I know I hate ppl who do that to those children

just can leave them and thats it

I understand adoption but just leaving ur kid with one parent to take care of them all by themselves is wrong

ppl who do that lots yah maybe they should be sterillized but we both know there are gonna be ppl on here whining" oh thats against our rights blah blah blah" but what about those kids rights

as long as ppl still have there right to do whatever they want than the innocent kids who are left in dust dont seem to matter

the world sucks in a lot of ways but the best we can do is take care of our responsiblitys
Reply:WOW!!! Who pissed in your cheerios this morning????
Reply:SNIP !!!, SNIP!!!
Reply:I was going to go into a rant here about people who judge before they know about situations.... but I decided that you are a waste of breath and time. I'll just say that MOST people who have children DO see to it that their children get what they need. Financial abuse? So like if you are in a good place in life finacially and all of a sudden your finacial situation changes for the worse Child Services should come in and take your children? Get a life.
Reply:I agree...I think its horrible that people bring kids into the world just to stay on welfare..or knowing they will not be taken care of and loved..and there are people in the world that would give anything in the world to have a baby to rock to sleep at night and that would give them a good home..but are unable to have kids..It is a shame..and like you said..very often overlooked.... Very heartbreaking.. I read a statistic that in 2002-2003 there were over 530,000 kids in foster care in the US...thats unreal...
Reply:I agree 100%. There are a couple states in the U.S. (not enough though) that limit welfare benefits. That is...if you have two kids and apply for welfare, you'll get it, but if you have any kids AFTER filing for the initial benefits, those kids won't be covered.
Reply:AMEN I agree with you 150%. Its to bad this country isn't like other countries. I feel if you can't afford kids after 1, 2,3 at the most it should be mandatory tubal before leaving the hospital. (3 is pushing it to!)
Reply:hey its not just the people that cant do it finacially the thing that is just about as equal in abuse is the people who have money and spoil their kids so rotten they expect to have everything handed to them like the little girl that gets bmw for her 16th birthday and starts screaming you got me the wrong ******** color i wanted red and then totals it 3 weeks later trying to find her phone or putting on lipstick thats abuse too people being spoiled rotten is abuse too and im not saying there is anything wrong with having money but you gotta work for what you get dont just han dsh!t to them like its going out of style those parents buy their kids so i ask whats worse buying your kids or not having money but loving them and if the cost of everything but the paycheck keeps going up who wont be 'poor' when they get min wage 5.15 an hr and need groceries for two days that equal a whole check or electicity that costs them a check and a half when they already work two jobs?????i understand the rant but theres the reverse rant and the question is why does the government raise all costs except pay thats why we have people that cant afford things other than love we dont all get paid 10 mil for a movie or to sign a 5 yr contract to coach football right i mean high school coaches dont get paid that why should a college or nfl coach if we could all play sports or act or sing then no one would be poor but you dont see the rich giving out a couple grand to each working class surving paycheck to paycheck person do you no they would rather advertise for donate to the africa aids foundation i do so wont you help and im not saying i dont care about world issues like that but come on it is just as bad over here with somethings so i will get off my soap box just giving another thought to your rant
Reply:Unfortunately not every one looks at it like your or I do and sees it that way. It is a total shame to bring so many children into the world when you are unable to provide for them, and the children suffer because of it.

I doubt that the people in this world will ever change. That they will suddenly say to them selves, gee honey I think we should stop at one child since were only just scrapping by as it is.

That would require them to use birth control, some people just don't believe in doing that. I saw a family on TV that had like 17 children and they were all their own children. They plan on having as many children as they can, so that mean more children are going to come for them.

I'm sorry but, Are you kidding me? Is she waiting for her uterus to fall out or what? I know that they are taking care of their own children but, are each of these children getting the individual attention that each child should get? I really doubt that very much.

These children are good kids don't get me wrong, but the parents had to have a bigger house and they had their own children helping to build the house that they fianally moved into. What kind of a childhood is that? They are home schooled and they do not get together with other children in their community. I wonder how these children will survive in a world where they don't even know any thing about it, it's like they are living in a bubble. Pretty scary to say the least!!
Reply:you do make a good point for the 5 baby-dady situation, but you are placing too much on the money. Money happens, some have it, some don't. If everybody in your family line always waited to have cash, you wouldn't be here. That can be said for everybody on the planet. Life should be the focus. presence in the child's life is far more important. I have 3 children, they all live with me and my wife. Everything I have is thiers. we are covered by my employer's insurance, they have food, and clothing(mostly donated clothing), and the bills are just barly paid. And I have no money for anything else.I have no fancy stuff, Just what i need to work. anybody can do what I do, but most just don't want to sacrifice like this. That is the real problem, parential selfishness, not a lack of cash. I have no money, and my children are taken care of.
Reply:I compleatly agree with you. If you are not financially stable or have a stable relationship, you should not be having children.

People that use their religion as an excuse for all the children they have (for example, their religiong doesn't let them use ANY form of birth control) Should jsut stop having sex.
Reply:I agree with shamus_jack..There is more to it than money
Reply:I totally agree. It pisses me off that working people have to pay for everything their child needs, yet an unwed woman with 6 children gets everything handed to them.
