How can I improve the sales for my company. Please help... TY...The reason I am asking for help is because my boss just told me i need to improve the sales.. But I am doing all that i can do, i listed all the products we have. We have an ebay store and its all on the customers, for how much sales we make. I believe he infered to me that i need to boost the sales or i can lose my job. Which is completely unfair.

If your job is to sell, there will always be pressure to sell more. It's good that you're on e-Bay, but how many people know that you are there. Spread the word. The more lookers you get, the more buyers.
